Dr. Alena, with over a decade of dental experience, obtained her Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Specializing in a wide array of treatments, including surgical extractions, implants, cosmetic procedures, and root canal therapy, she continues to expand her knowledge through courses such as the Implantology Maxicourse at the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in NYC. Beyond dentistry, Dr. Alena enjoys quality time with her family, engaging in activities like biking, working out, and cooking.

Dr. Bibek Nakarmi, BDS, DDS, MBA, FICOI, a seasoned dentist practicing since 2003, brings a wealth of expertise to Ocala Dental Harmony in Florida. Graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Bangladesh, he expanded his skills through postgraduate training in oral and maxillofacial surgery and later earned an MBA from a prestigious Indian university. Relocating to the United States, Dr. Nakarmi achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. Recognized for his commitment to ongoing education, he specializes in various areas, including the Chao Pinhole® Surgical Technique for gum rejuvenation. Active in dental organizations globally, Dr. Nakarmi provides highly personalized care, collaborating with patients to realize their optimal oral health and aesthetic goals.
